Our recent Omakase Dinner at Edelweiss Ranch was an unforgettable night, bringing together exceptional cuisine, beautiful weather, and wonderful company against the breathtaking backdrop of the Grand Tetons. Together with Josh Neiman of Dairoku JH, we would like to thank our wonderful guests for spending the evening with us.
The festivities began with a welcome drink in The Snug, as Pete Cerdan set the vibe with his acoustic guitar.
As the sun lowered over the mountains, guests took their seats at a table nestled in the heart of the ranch. Surrounded by sweeping views of Teton Valley and the quiet beauty of Idaho's open landscape, the evening embodied everything we love about gathering at Edelweiss Ranch.
Omakase, meaning "I'll leave it up to you," is a culinary experience where every course is thoughtfully curated by the chef.
