Together with Josh Neiman of Dairoku, we invite you to an open air omakase dinner party at Edelweiss Ranch. Join us for an unforgettable evening of exceptional food and live music, at a table set just for you in the hills above Teton Valley.

We will welcome you with a complimentary handcrafted cocktail before gathering for an omakase dinner prepared by Chef Josh.

Drawing on more than 13 years of experience in Jackson and professional training at a Michelin-starred sushi restaurant, Chef Josh crafts an omakase experience rooted in Japanese tradition and elevated by exceptional ingredients. Every course reflects his passion for thoughtful craftsmanship and his connection to the landscapes of the Tetons. The fish you will be enjoying will be flown in from the Toyosu Fish Market in Tokyo specially for this meal.

Throughout the evening, live acoustic guitar by Pete Cerdan will provide the perfect soundtrack as you enjoy an immersive dining experience with unobstructed views of the Teton Range.
