Whether you are hosting an intimate dinner in our century old granary, or a wedding feast that sprawls over the hills, Edelweiss Ranch offers an array of breathtaking backdrops for your event.

FAQ

  • All couples are required to hire a wedding planner. We are happy to work with the professional who best fits your needs. We are happy to provide you with a list of our trusted partners.

  • We ask that your guests depart the venue by 1am.

  • Edelweiss Ranch is yours for the day you book. As we are located in the mountains, we encourage couples to consider renting a tent for the day of their event. We do not provide refunds for cancellations related to weather.

  • Guests and professional transportation vendors are required to park in our marked parking areas. Vehicles must stay on our paved roads while on property.

  • We encourage couples to work with the catering vendor that best suits their needs and creative vision. To protect the wildlife that frequent Edelweiss Ranch, all food waste must be removed from the property on the day of your event.

  • Edelweiss Ranch is a private property and must not be used for camping without permission, a signed contract, and payment for specific date(s).

  • Dogs are permitted to participate in your event. All waste must be removed from the property. Please note that Edelweiss Ranch is not fenced. Dogs must remain on a leash.

  • A 50% deposit plus a refundable security deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid 90 days prior to your event.
